OUR COMMITMENTS

A COMMITMENT TO ECO-RESPONSIBILITY

Ecology is now a priority, particularly in the sporting events sector. Faced with the urgent need to protect the environment, organizers must take concrete action. The Club des Sports de Val d’Isère is committed to making the Critérium de la Première Neige an eco-responsible event.

Our goal? Reduce ecological impact and maximize social impact by rethinking every stage of the organization.

COMBINING ECOLOGY AND HUMANITY

Transmission The Critérium de la Première Neige inspires younger generations to see sporting events as key players in ecological change.

Respect We put people and the environment first, promoting social inclusion and respect for nature.

Authenticity : We promote the region and its know-how through long-term partnerships with local players.

Emotion: We aim to offer unforgettable experiences while integrating environmentally-friendly practices, to combine pleasure and responsibility.

Sharing: Our events create a collective dynamic where everyone contributes to a more sustainable and united future.

THE ECO-MANIF AND FLOCON VERT LABELS

Since the 2022 edition, the Critérium de la Première Neige has received the eco-manif label, awarded by the region for its commitment to sustainability. This label guides our strategy and guides us in defining our eco-responsible actions.

As part of this dynamic, the Club des Sports de Val d’Isère is also committed to the “Flocon Vert” initiative, which mobilizes all local players to promote sustainable tourism development in the mountains.
By submitting a report, we are affirming our active role in this transition, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement.
